 Famous Person Kenshi Yonezu     Kenshi Yonezu is a Japanese musician, singer-songwriter, record producer and illustrator who began releasing  music under the stage name "Hachi" in 2009. In 2012 he debuted under his real name, releasing music with his own voice. They sold 3.6 million physical copies and more than 7 million digital copies in Japan. Kenshi Yonezu was born on March 10, 1991, in the rural part of Tokushima, Japan. As a child, Yonezu found it difficult to communicate with other people, especially his father. Yonezu felt that his mother understood him.     He worked as the vocalist, songwriter and occasional guitarist, while Nakajima was the guitarist. In late 2007, he set up a website for the band, posting song lyrics and short novels. Yonezu wrote songs for the band, and between April 2008 and March 2009 uploaded 24 original songs to video sharing website Nico Nico Douga using the name Hachi.  RECREATION PLACES Gardens By The Bay     The Gardens by the Bay is a urban nature park spanning 110 hectares (270 acres) within the Marina Bay district of the Central Region of Singapore, adjacent to the Marina Reservoir. The park consists of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden (in Marina South), Bay East Garden (in Marina East) and Bay Central Garden (in Downtown Core and Kallang). The largest of the gardens is the Bay South Garden at 54 hectares (130 acres) designed by Grant Associates. Its Flower Dome is the largest glass greenhouse in the world.     Gardens by the Bay was part of the nation's plans to transform its "Garden City" to a "City in a Garden", with the aim of raising the quality of life by enhancing greenery and flora in the city.  HISTORICAL PLACES Monumen Nasional (National Monument)     The Monumen Nasional (or Tugu Monas, the National Monument tower) is a 450 ft (137 m) tall tower in Central Jakarta, symbolizing the fight for Indonesia’s independence.       It is topped by a 14.5 ton bronze flame, which is plated in 35 kg (1,125 troy ounces) of gold.      The design of the monument is meant to combine elements of masculine and feminine. The design based on Lingga-Yoni, the symbol of fertility in ancient Hindu-Javanese belief.       This golden flame is intended to symbolize the spirit of freedom and the struggle for independence of Indonesian people.
